Water Quality Measurement (Both Fresh and Sea Water)

The laboratory of the Marine Environment Protection Authority (MEPA), which is registered under the Central Environmental Authority (CEA) is established in the Galle region. Physical, chemical, and biological test parameters (listed below) for both marine and freshwater are conducted at this Lab. All the work at the laboratory is carried out as per the ISO: 17025: 2017 Standard guidelines and ISO Certificate from SLAB (Sri Lanka Accreditation Board) is awaited to give high-quality service through a highly qualified laboratory staff. Testing facilities are currently available for water quality on a commercial basis. Please contact us for further information. The MEPA laboratory undertakes the following laboratory tests on a commercial basis.
